Lego Building Accessories BRICK SEPARATOR

As you may recall from my previous LEGO reviews, I'm no expert of the brick toys. I grew up on K'Nex, but decided to get my kid sister some LEGOs as a gift to deter her from video games (which proved successful).br /br /So, I remember her mentioning that some of the LEGOs were getting stuck and difficult to pry apart and, also remembering from my childhood memories my peers owning their own LEGO sets, decided to get her this separator as part of a Christmas gift.br /Since I never really used this before, it took me a couple tries before I realized how to successfully use it and, sure enough, it makes taking apart LEGOs a cinch.br /br /In conclusion, it's pretty much a "must-buy" for any LEGO fan and user.

Curse of the Pharaoh - LEGO Studios Set 1383

LEGO rock! This is a great little set. The price is such because it is years out of production and very hard to find. Do not rate it poorly for that reason. If you wanted to pay less than for a set, buy a new one, don't buy a collectable set. These sets are great fun for all kids and adults who love LEGO.

LEGO Indiana Jones Fight on the Flying Wing (7683)

I picked this up for my 7 year old son for his birthday. He was able to assemble the kit without assistance, except for the stickers which I helped him with. I'm a plane buff, so I'm glad he picked out this model. The Plane is based on the Horton HO 229, which was a jet developed by the Nazi's toward the end of WWII. The plane is modified to match the one that appears in the Indiana Jones movie... with propellers instead of jets. The wing is one large piece with 2 winglets added on to the wingtips. This makes it very sturdy for play. The large stickers used for camouflage would be a little difficult for a kid to apply, end I had a little trouble getting one in the right position... just be careful and take your time. It's a great model, from a classic scene of a great movie!

Overall, this is an awesome product. It is a great robot on its own, and if you happen to have either the Battle Arachnoid or the Storm Lasher, you can create combo models following the instructions found on the Lego website. My 8 year old (dictating this review) has not stopped inventing new creatures since he added this to his collection!
